2X Client on Win7 Pro (non admin)

Hiya All,
Hopefully someone can help out here. We're deplyoying Win7 Pro to all of our users. Users do not get admin rights. I've noticed that when I install the 2X client onto user systems, going into Tools>Options>Adv. Settings and setting the 'Launch automatically at Windows startup' does not work. Users get read only rights to the startup folder in the profile. WOuld this be a UAC issue?
 
Nevermind - Got it
It is User Account Control
What I don't get is that even if it's (UAC) is turned off on the system, I still have to open up the 2X client and remove the checkmark for launching automatically and then add it back.
