2x Gateway in DMZ without AD Credentials

Hi All,

We want to setup our Gateway front-end's in the DMZ without connecting them to the domain. I am unsure if a) this is supported and b) how to do this while allowing the appropriate credentials to still be forwarded to the load balancer so it can be directed to a TS server.
