2X Guest Agent - Error:Failed to initialize performace layer

Hello,
running 2XAS 10.5 (B 1368) i have the following problem using VDI agent with a WinX Professional guest on Xenserver Hypervisor 5.6 FP2.
I currently use VDI guest with other winxp guest without problems.

The "2X Guest Agent" service is stopped after logon, if i try to start it, after half a minute it stops and i have the above error.
The 2X client works, i can access the VDI virtual machine, anyway i have the following error message after logon:
"2X terminal server agent not running, contact system administrator".

I did install 2X guest agent only,on the Winxp virtual machine.

I tried to remove/reboot/reinstall the guest agent and then, with the following procedure,

but still have that error.

any ideas?

Thanks for your post. Can you advise what version and build you're using here, and what hypervisor (+version) you're using.
