2X ico files at the root of Profile Application Data folder.

    Just and observation.
    Is there a reason why the .ico files are being placed at the root of the Application Data folder instead of in a program folder like most applications? This seems a little messy.

    C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data
