2X linux beta 6.1 shows no applications

Hi there,

I'm very happy, that now a linux client with ssl mode support is available.

But on two different linux machines, I have the same problem,
that it's connecting properly to the 2X Farm, but no applications are shown...

When I double click on the Farm,
the logon window is appearing.
If I enter invalid logon data, i get an error message.
But when I enter valid data, the window closes,
and the window on the right is empty..
Nothings happening, when I use the menu entry,
Apllications -> open...

netstat shows, that a connection is opened to the 2x server,
but then closes immediately after that..
is this normal?

Anyone having similar problems, or even better,
knows how to solve them ;)

I tried it on a OpenSuse 11.0 and an Ubuntu hardy

(another strange thing is
that similar stuff is happening, when i use the
windows client with wine :shock: )

btw,
we're using the ssl-mode on port 443...
and using a self signed certificate...

the option to warn if a certificate is self-signed,
can not be checked in the linux client... :/
hm.... perhaps it has something to do with this..
