I just started to use 2X Server and was using Thinstation for a thinclient solution to connect to my terminal servers. I was using 3COM's TFTP Server with thinstation and will be using the built in TFTP Server for 2X Server. I currently have around 125 thinclients on my network and will be adding an additional 125 by the end of the year. My question - Are there any limitations of 2X Servers on how many clients it can support? Also are there any issues with the built in TFTP Server connecting many clients at once. We have our entire network VLANed with GIG backbone. I nevery had problems with 3COM's server however I read one post where a user stated that they had problems when several clients connected at the same time. I will be running 2X Server off a Server class machine..HP DL380 G3, 4GB Memory, Smart Array 642, and 5 146GB ULTRA 320 Harddrives in RAID 5. This box is used for serving other apps as well. Are there any issues with this and would I get any benifits of setting up multiple 2X Servers in the farm. Also is there any documentation on setting up multiple 2X Servers and what benifits I would get. I know it states in the usersguide that you can do this but I don't remember it stating what it will do and any configuration steps.
