2X Univeral Printer on 2008 R2

Recently rolling out latest 2x on 2008 R2. Printing to 2X Universal Printer is working for elevated security groups, i.e. Domain Admins, but not working for groups under restrictive GPOs (receive error "The 2X Universal Printing agent was not found...")

Obviously permission related, but we cannot determine the exact cause to this point.

Anyone crossed this?

design the GPO in a way that the users have the rights to print.

Apologies, I wasn't very clear.

The users can print when using regular MS RDP and the printer maps via Easy Print.
The users can print when using 2X Gateway Mode connection
The users CANNOT print when using 2X Terminal Server connection. Error provided is "The 2X Universal Printer printing agent was not found ..."
