2x Universal Printing not recognising custom font

Hi

My company has a custom font that is used for the logo and is printed on alot of documents that we produce.

When printing using the 2x universal printer driver it prints the font as boxes.

If i convert a word document that i am printing using PDF995 it converts correctly which convinces me that it is a problem with the 2x driver.

Is there anything i can do to get this to print correctly using 2x?

I have the same problem and have had a ticket out with 2X for months. They assure me they are working on a potential work around. This is a problem for us, since all public releases have to be in our company standard font. Currently it converts it to another font.

The fix is still being worked on.
The problem is more deep and complex then it seemed to be.
We are sorry for any inconvinience caused.

Also have school-wide fonts

We are holding off our purchase of 2X products until the fonts question is settled. Any news here?

Also, where can I find a list of fonts that DO work?
