2X User disconnetction frequently

this months , Has occurred twice event about 2X User disconnetction frequently.
event description:user login 2x,and disconnetction every 10 minutes.
1. than i login 2x application server, i see the C Disk was full,and the biggest file is in ..\document and settings\username\local settings\temp? but normally,this foldor only storage 2x temp login information.
why this foldor full?
2. i deleted this foldor,then restart the 2x application server, user still disconnetction every 10 minutes,but after 1 hours, it's become nornamlly.

anyone one have encountered a similar problem about this?and how to find the route cause?

Could you kindly contact 2X support with debug / log information.

To do this please follow these guidelines:
1) Enable/Clear the logs.
2) Cause the issue and immediately after it occurs go to Help --> Send support request --> Fill in the information --> (at the bottom) save Zip
3) Note the time the issue occurred and pinpoint a user having issues when there are large logs.
4) Describe what the user was doing when the issue occurred
