2xclient scanner ca,o, p-208 usb

Hello,

We have some computer with canon p 208 scan (usb). Locally no problems all is running. But on the 2x client we can't see it on the connection property -> universal scanning. Did you have any idea?

Hi thanks for contacting 2X Forums.

It may be that your scanner is not a TWAIN device. With 2X ApplicationServer and 2X Client 12.0 and previous, TWAIN only is supported, please upgrade to the latest version and see if your scanning device is detected in a later version of the 2X Client.
