3150: Bootcamp, Missing Config, BSOD

Just upgraded Parallels from 3120 to 3150 and ran into my first-ever Parallels issues, and they are kinda big ones?!

Upon launching Parallels the first time after the install, my Windows "hung" at a black screen trying to install the Tools. Restarting Parallels resulted in my Windows install unable to find the c:\windows\system\config blah blah blah issue. I finally fixed that with a non-destructive reinstall and had to reinstall some drivers as well (am running a Macbook Pro).

BUT.... though the bootcamp side is working again, I am completely unable to run Windows from Parallels anymore - Windows boots to the BSOD. I can't read the STOP error because the stupid Tools install warning is blocking the numbers, but trying to start in safe mode results in the BSOD just after loading gernuwa.sys. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??!?!

I'm experiencing the same problem after attempting to fix the "infinitely updating patch KB890859" problem. I am able to use Boot Camp, but not Parallels. I cannot create a new launch configuration to access the Boot Camp partition through Parallels. I cannot uninstall Parallel Tools from within Boot Camp in an effort to clear the way for reinstalling Parallel Tools through Desktop.
 
I just tried uninstalling 3150 and then installing 3120 (thinking that may allow the Parallels to boot) and still no go?! hmmm...
 
So here is an update:

I booted to Windows through bootcamp and searched the registry for occurrences of "Parallels" until I found a folder called Parallels - which I deleted (I found that tip in another post). I then booted back to OS X and fired up Parallels and I did NOT get the BSOD! However, I didn't have any keyboard or mouse response (and I waited about 10 minutes). So I turned off Parallels and restarted. This time I had keyboard (still no mouse), so I logged in and Windows began installing the Tools drivers. Until.... the Parallels Video Driver got installed and then instant BSOD!

I am tired of trying to get it to work today, so I may pick back up on it tomorrow.....
 
Anybody anything new about it?
I've that BSOD problem too...I could uninstall the old Parallels Tools for Bootcamp and then started Parallels which brings some message that I shouldnt touch anything and that it will initialize this VM now...but then cyling with a BSOD again and again and again...

So I finally got it working again, but I ended up going back to the 3120 build. Here is everything I did:

1. Boot Windows from Bootcamp

2. Search local drive for all Parallels drivers (prlmouse, prlvideo, etc) and delete them all

3. Delete Parallels Tools folder from c:\Program Files

4. Search registry for all occurrences of "Parallels" and delete whatever was found

5. Boot back to OS X and fire up Parallels (still running 3150 build). At this point, Tools reinstalled and all worked EXCEPT for networking and regardless of what I did, it wouldn't come back.

6. Rebooted Windows in Parallels and uninstalled Parallels Tools from Add/Remove Programs, then shut-down Parallels.

7. Uninstalled Parallels on OS X.

8. Reinstalled Parallels build 3120 on OS X, created new VM from Bootcamp and now all works well again?!?!?
