3150 + BootCamp + Office Activation?

In what way is that a "better question"?
1) I don't have Office 2007, so the new question is irrelevant to me
2) There's absolutely no reason to believe that the problem would be any BETTER in o2007 than in another version, so even if it isn't working in 2007 doesn't meant that it isn't fixed for other versions.
3) Most likely the solution will involve Parallels figuring out how to workaround whatever activation MS uses for Office, so it will probably work for Office XP, 2003, and 2007.

Well, let's see... I know for a fact that the issue with 2003 still exists. That is old news. I would like to know if the problem is "magically" fixed by upgrading to 2007. The question is better because it is about a possible solution, not just whining about the current state of things.

Somewhere in another thread someone suggested changing the Parallels address from a 10.x.x.x address to the physical address of the NIC card. This does work. I am running Windows XP in a Parallels VM that uses my boot camp partition. I can boot between the VM and boot camp and my Microsoft apps run in both without complaining about activation.
Here's the drill:
1. In System Preferences on the Mac, start the Network utility
2. Select the ethernet controller on your Mac (on the the Mac Pro there are 2. Choose the one you have a network cable plugged into.) Select the Ethernet button and write down the "Ethernet ID" number.
3. Open Parallels but do not start the VM
4. Go to the Edit menu and edit the virtual machine configuration
5. Select Network
6. In the next window select Advanced
7. Highlight the mac address and type in the address from the Network utility (the one you wrote down in step 2 above) in its place.
8. Back out of the configuration menu.
9. If you already activated the MS applications within boot camp, they should now work fine in the VM.
This worked for me.
