3150 RC2 ACPI Error with WinPE

When trying to boot a new VM with a WinPE CD ROM, I get the following error:

"Windows failed to load because the firmware (BIOS) in not ACPI compatible."

I don't get that error when using the same WinPE boot CD with a real computer nor with VMWARE.

I've tried changing all available settings.
