Cannot active when I change my license to my new mac book from another one.
I am upgrade to PD18 from PD16, app ask me input 2 keys(PD18 AND PD17), but key of PD17 report this error!
When I filled in two registration codes, I was still prompted:
Unable to activate Parallels Desktop: the license server did not accept the product key of the earlier version of Parallels Desktop.
Now I need to solve this problem. Which registration code is wrong? How do I register?
