Regarding the Parallels Desktop 4.0 upgrade,
is it possibly can play some 3D game like "Call Off Duty" or "Grand Theft Auto IV"

The list of games and other 3D applications which were tested and are supported by Parallels desktop 4 could be found here:
http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/features/3d/

If there is no game in the list, it does not mean, that it will not play. It means, that we have not tested it officially yet, thus do not guarantee, that it will function properly.

You can test it with trial free version of Parallels Desktop 4, or check for updates out there
