3D graphics setting blocks parallels tools in Windows 8

Hi,
when I activate the 3D graphics setting for my win8 guest VM, the parallels tools are not working propperly regarding the seamless mouse and automatic resolution change in the vm.

does anybody have a solution for that?
already tried to reinstall the tools and parallels desktop, no progress.
running parallels desktop 8 under Mac os x Lion. VM has win8.

Can you generate a problem report via Parallels Help menu and post report ID here?
One possible reason is that your graphics chip is ATI X1600/X1900 or Intel GMA950, neither is usable for 3D acceleration in PD8.

have an old macbook pro with ati graphics.
when installing PD8 on a newer macmini, it actually works.
