4.29 GB Free on Shared Folders

Hi.
I installed mac osx 10.8.3 on the virtual machine and whenever I try to copy files from guest machine to shared folders I'm unable to copy files larger than 4.29 GB because all these folders seems to have 4.29 GB free.
But I even have shared folders with 1 or 2 TB free so this is a software problem.

Can someone help me?

I have the exact same problem—have you ever sorted this out? Impossible to transfer files between my OS (10.8) and Guest OS (10.8)!
