...And it's not. I just got the 5.0 upgrade and I'm trying to install. during the installation "preparation" step, is says:
"Conflicting Applications
To continue the installation, quit the following applications:"
Below this message is a Window with "Parallels Desktop for Mac"
The Continue button is greyed-out, so I cannot move forward. And I can't even upgrade. i've tried restarting the computer and everything. I don't understand why it says that Parallels is running.
