60-second heartbeat in PD?

Running Quicken 2009 in an XP guest OS, a problem arose a couple of weeks ago (after years of no problems). On every 60-second interval, the Quicken insertion point jumps from any transaction field into the date field. I have no idea whether the problem is Parallels or Quicken or even XP.

My question is: Does PD perform any action at 60-second intervals?

Hi!

We are aware of this problem. It will be fixed in next PD6 update.
Parallels perform Time Synchronization every 60 seconds by default.
(As workaround before update you could disable it using - Virtual Machine Configuration/Options/Advanced/Time: uncheck option "Synchronize with Mac")
