To this day I have yet to see a solution to two problems that I've been dealing with since 6.1
1) Mac SnowLeopard connected with Dell 1320 Laser over SMB (one example out of several different setups we have -- this one is my own) does not show the printer [or apple laser writer] on the server. No issues if I use regular RDC 2.2. All on Windows 2008 Server.
2) To date, the performance is horrible using 2x. I have to keep 2x at 256 colors to use it. If I just use regular RDC, performance is fine. All the screens lag terribly using 2x.
Each time I was urged to keep my maintenance current and wait for the new release. 6.1, 6.xx, 7.xx, 7.xx, and now 8.xxx - five separate upgrades... issues never changed.
