A specific machine not found

Hi,

I'm getting this error "A specific machine not found, error code 01/00000005" immediately when I try to run the desktop from my Parallels client.

I have tested the following:
1) RDP to guest desktop works so port 3389 is opened
2) rdp-tcp registry setting on terminal server registry is matching to port 3389
3) I can ping from GW and PA to the guest desktop
4) filter is allowed for user
5) RDP connection is enabled and user is configured for the guest desktop.

Any ideas?

Hi Simon,
If you still have this issue? please verify following checks.
1. Verify that Agent is installed and verified in RAS console.
Go to VDI Hosts-Select Guest Settings and check the Properties of Guest VM. if it shows not verified need to reinstall the agent.
2. If you get any issues while installing agent 1) you need to allow all the sharing options in the Guest VM 2) Go to registry settings and add the RAS VDI agent IP details
