That's the message we get on all four machines using the 2x application client, version 5.2.3790.1830 (40). It stopped working from one minute to the other though with no changes made to neither server nor clients. What can I do to get it going again except restart the server and hope for the best? What causes such errors?

I have the same problem, have you found a solution? I already re-installed 2x server twice and have even re-installed MS TS. Gave the server a reboot, everything.. Still not working...
 
The solution wouldn't help you - our 2x server is behind a router, the network admin changed some firewall rules and there it went. A little config helped to get the signal through again.
