Ability to install Parallels RAS using command line or PowerShell

Hello,
Can the Parallels RAS be installed and/or configured via command line or PowerShell?
I have a DR scenario which requires rapid deployment of servers and software configuration. I have been able to automated every piece except the Parallels RAS. I still have to log into the console and configure the software manually. I would really like the ability to do it via command or PowerShell.
Is this possible? Can someone point me to the correct documentation?
