I purchased Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac in 2020.
I deleted it for some reason three months ago.
But today I tried to install Parallels Desktop on my computer.
I found the registration key in the mailbox. After entering it, I was reminded that this is the code for the old version, I need to buy the upgraded version.
"This key cannot activate the current version because it was created for an older version of Parallels Desktop."
In 2020 I was told it was a permanent version, I wonder if I could use my old code to use it now.
If not, I wonder if I can get the upgrade version for free, for the reason that you promise I could use it permanently.
