Access to path c:....... is denied

Hi all, I have PD12 installed with a Win 20 VM and I am feeling a lot of access denied issues on my new MacBook Pro late 2016. I tried to share and to give permissions to all and to everything but no success. Do you have any tips?

You can't.
Assuming you mean Windows 10, this was one of the changes made in this versus Win7. Microsoft tightened up the security on the actual C drive:

You can though take 'ownership' of everything that you should need:

Microsoft has a hidden 'higher' permission level above 'administrator'. This is why even if logged in as 'administrator', you have to use the 'run as administrator' option to do lots of things....
