Access windows 10

I am using Parallels
to access windows 10 I get a message that I can't open windows 10 I have placed windows 10 into the safe files including access 2016, and this seems to solve the problem but when I reboot the Mac I loose the settings and got to start all over again. Hope this makes some sense.

Hi GrahamY. Please provide the screenshot of the error message to check and assist further.

The problem was not with parallels It was with safe files in Bitdefender it has all been sorted.
