Accessing a program from the Mac OS to the Windows network in Parallels

Hi all.
Please help. I need to connect a program from Mac OS to Windows 11 network in Parallels to. More details - I have a VPN running on a virtual machine with Win11 to access my work LAN. I have a program on my Mac OS that I need to give access to that network. I can't connect the program directly through VPN from the main network. Can you tell me if it is possible to give the program access to the network in a virtual machine?
