Accessing a web server running on the guest

I would like to get access to a webserver running on the windows guest from the wlan (iPad). How do I get the packets routed to the webserver?

Configuration:

MAC OS X 10.0.1
Parallels Desktop 9, Build 9.0.24172
Windows 8.1
Webserver running on default port 80

I'd use bridged networking so the VM gets its own unique IP address on the LAN. Then just connect to that IP address with the iPad.
