Accessing files while VM is off

I have a hosed Win10 VM that won't get to the login screen. Is there a way I can pull files off the drive? There used to be a product called Parallels Explorer that seemed to have that capability but I don't see any way to do it now.

Did you get your VM in (or Disk C) in Finder?
Or may be you got any error messages?
