I installed Parallels Access agent and got a configuration screen. Once I closed it I could find no way to get to Parallels access on my computer. It is not located in my Applications folder or as a preference pane.

How do I get to Access if I want to configure it differently or disable it?

What if I wanted to uninstall it?

What is the "OS X tray" referred to below. I have been using a mac for over 25 years and have not heard this term.

    Thanks,

    --Kenoli

    On a Mac:
Click on Parallels Access icon in OS X tray and select Quit Parallels Access
If you have Skype on Mac and it is running please quit Skype.
    Download Parallels Access Uninstall script
Double click the downloaded file to extract the script file.
On your Mac go to Applications -> Utilities and open Terminal.

    Hi Kenoli,

The OS X tray is nothing but the Mac Menu Bar (On the Top right side where the Wi-Fi, Sound, Spotlight, etc are displayed). The Parallels Access icon will appear on the Top Right side of the Mac Menu Bar.

    Thanks,
    Abdul
