Accessing PHP server in Windows

    I'm italian, so sorry for the language..
    I need to access a PHP server that run in windows VM on 127.0.0.1:4001 but when i try to connect via the browser in windows VM I get "unable to connect". Is this beacause parallels shares internet trough localhost maybe?

    Did you ever figure this out? I am trying to do this same thing for my angular app running in nginx. I develop and test the site locally on my mac but needed parallels to test IE and Edge compatibility. there is nothing but crickets in regards this issue when i search these forums. Whats crazy is virtual box, a free software, works pretty much out of the box - all i have to do is add the default gateway IP to my hosts file.
