Accessing programs in Coherence

How do you access Windows programs in Coherence that are not in the Dock? I would like to be able to add further programs to the Windows XP Home Edition Applications folder attached to the Dock but don't know if there is a way to do that. Otherwise the Start Window seems to be the only way. Can anyone help please?

After launching parallels, your windows application folder should appear on the dock next to your mac applications folder, document folder and download folder. You can launch any of the application from that folder. I have also created shortcuts/alias and drug them to my mac desktop.
