Accidentally deleted .pvm file

Hi, guys.

I'm praying someone can help me. I was going to upgrade from Parallels 4 to Parallels 6. Someone recommended that I back up my .pvm file before upgrading. I tried to put it onto an external hard drive and it didn't work. I thought I'd made a copy of the file and saved it to my desktop so, when the external hard drive save didn't work, I deleted the .pvm file. Yea, it wasn't a copy. Now, it's gone.

I'm in the process of running File Recovery for Mac in the hope that I can recover it.

If, heaven forbid, I can't recover the file,

Was there any luck with this ? I have also deleted a PVM file and need some sort of utility software to recover it. Any help please ? Thanks

I accidentally deleted the pvm file too and i have some important information, what happen with you guys? Did you find the way to restore it?....
