Accidently bought wrong version

Hi all.

I just bought wrong version of parallels desktop accidently. I received an email with the promotion of upgrade to version 13. I clicked and proceed to complete the steps of the purchase. After that I received the serial number but after I realized that I need Pro version upgrade and I bought Standard version.

Please help because I bought it with credit card from my director. He is running Parallels 12.
