Hey there, I have an existing subscription for parllels desktop for Mac. Unfortunately my account email address is written wrong and I lost my password. So, somehow I'm locked out somehow. The big problem is, that I can't get support, since one needs to be logged in to get support. I tried to find an email address for support or even installed Telegramm (there is only a bot ;( ... now I used my Apple ID to create a new account to get into this forum to ask for help. can you please contact me to support me on this.
