This "customer Service" model is the absolute worst that I have even encountered. I am trying to transfer an account from an employee who has left the organization. I have spent hours trying to log in to a "support" chat to find out the this company refuses to entertain useful/accessible support to even current customers. How do I transfer an account from a former employee to a current one to (unfortunately") renew a subscription?
