ACDSee 8 can not access "Parallels Shared Folders", is there any way to solve it?

I need a photo brower in Windows XP mode to review Mac file, when I try to choose the file on Parallels Shared Folders, it show the error massage "ACDSee has entountered a system error and will close now", then the program close.

My computer: MacBook Pro 17" 2.16GHz, 2G ram, OS X 10,4, 7

There is another note string out here also describing the problem. It seems that there is a case sensitivity issue with shared file access. ACDSee must be particularly sensitive to it.

One workaround discussed in the other thread is to use file sharing between the Parallels Guest OS and the Windows Host OS.

Parallels should change this. This is a bug in my eyes. The workaround has other problems.

Parallels are you seeing this??
