I recently installed ACT! 2010 to run in Windows 7 on Parallels 5. I am using Mac os x 10.5.8.
For the most part, everything is running fine, with the exception of setting a few prefs.
When I attempt to change the Startup Prefs in ACT!, I receive the following message:
"The folder you specified does not exist. Create it?" I answer 'yes'. Then this error message shows up:
"The given path's format is not supported."
I have already changed my Parallels prefs to remove all sharing between Mac and Windows 7. That took care of some previous problems, but this one still hangs on.
Any suggestions?
