Activate Parallels 12 on New Mac

Hi,
I got a new MAC and forgot to deactivate parallels on the old one. When I try to activate on the new one I am getting error saying, the license is associated with another account. How can i solve this issue?

Hi MohannadH,
If you would like to use your Parallels Desktop for Mac license on a new Mac, you should sign out of the account the license is registered under on the Mac you don't need anymore.
Click on the Parallels Desktop menu, and select Account & License. In the activation window, click on your account email address and select choose the registered licens e key to activate it on your new Mac.

Thank you for the reply. The issue is that I formatted the old laptop, so I don't have access to parallels to signout.
