Activate Parallels Desktop 9 - HowTo?

Hello ,

i have bought an Parallels 9 Desktop for Mac Box with license card on Ebay and would like to register the software;


however, i seem having problem with the activation process;

after inserting key, the program states "Parallels desktop cannot connect to the Intenet in order the complete your product activatieon"

"To complete your activation, email your activation ID belov to "activatepd@parallels.com" or insert it into the web-page http://activatepd.parallels.com"

Both methods seem to fails since the website for activation is not found and neither the emailadress is found at parallels.com


please offer a solution,

Hallo ,

i attempted to do this on Mac OS X Mavericks, but could also install on another partition running Mac OS Sierra in case.

I am having the same problem activating Parallels 9, I am using a key that I know is good as I used it in the past.

Same issue trying to rebuild old install on replacement 2013 MacBook pro.
Please provide details of how to activate Parallels 9 License.
