Activated Parallels 11 but still asking for username/password

Hello,

I work in IT and I upgraded Parallels to version 11 on one of the Macs in our organization, for the user. I then activated the product using the key. I was going to then upgrade the guest OS to Windows 10 but when I attempt to start the guest OS it [edit: The parallels software] is still prompting for a username and password.

[Edit: The virtual machine will not start, it opens the prompt for a username and password for parallels]

Even though I have activated the product using the key, should it still be prompting for a username and password to run the software?

Please share a screenshot to investigate further whether is it Parallels Desktop password prompt or Windows virtual machine.
