I need some assistance. I had a Parallels subscription for years. I used it for my accounting program (it does not work on Mac). I december 2025 I did not paid the next fee so my subscription expire. Now I decided to use Paralells again so renewed my subscription. But as I installed everything I realized that everything that I used for work (the accounting program, documents etc..) disappeared... I thought if I renew Parallels I will get back everything as it was... Can you help me if I did something wrong at the install or it is the normal operation?
