Activating Parallels 12, if it exists...

I got an email about an upgrade; I didn't, and still don't, know if I have a subscription, but I clicked the subscription download and it worked. I installed Parallels Desktop 12, but my product key from the 11 version wasn't accepted. I decided to stop worrying about the subscription and just buy version 12 - but it isn't on the website.....

I really hate being made to feel stupid. It's really not a good business practice.

We would like to inform you that, customers who purchased and activated a copy of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from the Parallels Online Store or an authorized reseller on or after 1.08 through 31.10 are eligible for the Tech Guarantee.

As your copy of Parallels Desktop 11 was purchased and activated prior to this date (2016-02-15), unfortunately, you are not eligible for free-of-charge upgrade. Parallels Desktop 12 will be available on website after few days.
 
It is not entirely clear to me why Parallels 12 was available to me through the email notice, but not on the website. That said, because I have already installed version 12, I have only 13 days remaining of "free" use; could you be more specific about when it might be available for purchase?
