Activation crashes

I keep getting a message that my windows needs to be activated. I have my key, but the window to add it to keeps freezing and windows won't let me do much without it???
 
I'm having the same problem, the 'Settings / Update & Security' window shows Windows is not activated, but when I click on 'Change product key' the window freezes. This after using Parallels network transfer to move my activated Windows 10 from a PC to Mac.
I have a working installation in Parallels, but for how long?
