Activation Fails

Hi,
I bought a new Mac PC, and bought the Parallels license in a store but the license says it is from 13.
I activated it today and it gives an error saying I have to buy it for the 19.
But I bought a license 3 days ago that says it's for 13. Please help me get the 19 version with this license I bought.

Hello,
As per our records, you have purchased a one-time license Parallels Desktop 13 licence from a physical store, thus you will be able to activate Parallels Desktop 13 only with this key.
Additionally, please note that Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac has already reached End-of-Life. More information in this article.
In this case, you can either (1) purchase a Parallels Desktop 19 upgrade key at a discounted price using this link , or (2) you can request a refund from the store (depending on the store-refund policy, if applicable), and purchase a Parallels Desktop 19 new license using this link.
