Activation help!!

I had purchased Parallels Desktop 8 for a computer of mine that can not receive any internet connection. When I was prompted with the window to put in the key, I was told to activate it online or work offline for 14 days. Now the 14 days are up and I am unable to use Parallels Desktop. When I put the activation ID into the activatepd.parallels.com website on the computer I am using now for internet, I was told it has been used on too many computers and that I must buy a new key just to activate it?? I can't afford to pay for a whole new key for $60. Is there anything I can do to activate my key or do I just have to buy another one...
 
I just bought Parallels Desktop on the internet but I can not insert the key activation windows 8 to access the operating system on mac .. I need an activation key 5 characters.
help me please.

Hi,
I could not find any registered licenses to the email you used for the Forum registration. Did you use another email? And where did you purchase your copy of Parallels Desktop?

Hi,

What exactly are you trying to activate - Parallels Desktop for Mac 8 or Windows? Both PD8 and Windows license keys are longer than 5 characters.
