Activation key disappeared?

Hello,

I went to start parallels and get a message that "Your copy of parallels is not activated". I've been using it for years (parallels 5) on this Mac, have Windows 7 installed, etc.

It has been years since I installed it (from a flash drive package), so I don't know where the key might be at this point.

How can I fix this issue?

Sure, go to www.parallels.com/suppor and contact customer service (it's free). They will be able to figure it out and point you to the right activation key
