W w7ox Hunter Jul 12, 2007 #2 It should be five five character sets, separated by dashes. Characters are numbers and letters. Make sure you are not mistaking a zero for the letter O or some such thing. Likely it is case sensitve re letters (and all upper case, I believe). Phil
