Activation Key No Longer Accepted After Logic Board Replacement

I've recently had my MacBook Pro in for service and the logic board was replaced. When I try to run Parallels Desktop 9 I'm prompted to enter my activation key however it keeps telling me I've exceed the maximum number of licenses.

How can I fix this?

We have made changes, please try to activate now. If you are still unable to activate, please open Terminal from your Mac and execute this command:
prlsrvctl activate-license-online
