Hello, I'm having some trouble activating my key. I have a Subscription and have used the activation key for my subscription. After my free trial I enter my activation key but I keep receiving the message "you have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version." I don't know what the previous person key is, I can't find my trial activation key. Can anyone help mean to find it?
